About Passons AI

AI Adoption without the overhaul.

Who is behind it

Passons AI is a project of Passons Consulting, a management consulting firm with 15 years of history founded and led by Erin Passons. Omar Passons, principal consultant, joined the firm with a background in leadership roles where teams frequently faced more work than there were hours to get it done. He leads the AI Adoption practice. Together, the team understands the challenges leaders and organizations face. This tool is built to help.

The philosophy

The pitch most organizations get to adopt AI is the wrong one. It assumes you have time, budget, and bandwidth for a transformation. Most companies and organizations don't have that time. There is a better way.

Start with one task. Pick something repetitive, something a person already does regularly where the time it takes up is obvious. We build one small tool together that assists with that specific task. Measure the time it gives back. Then you decide what comes next.

That is the whole approach. No system overhaul, no platform changes or hours of consultant “discovery meetings” you don't have time for. The risk is small because the scope is small, and because you were able to co-design quickly in a measurable way.

A note from Omar

I spent years leading teams where the work outran the hours available almost every week. The teams were constantly exhausted and felt the pressure to do more, usually with less. I realized that the right technology could enhance workers rather than replace them and give them more balance and productivity at the same time. That realization led to Passons AI.

These three examples make the case concrete. They are cases for which we have personally seen the payoff happen quickly.

Our work is geared towards businesses, government departments, and nonprofits who want practical help, not a lengthy system overhaul.
